What Tami Scott Productions expects…
ADVERTISING:
A premium listing in all marketing materials to include newspaper, program, flyers, website display, etc. If promoting via newspaper, radio or television, we request our name be indicated as the producers/coordinators of our portion of the event & personal appearances by Tami Scott.
MODELS:
Professional- Pay standard rate per hour +fitting & rehearsal fees (250. per model)
Amateur- Pro Bono models need to be compensated w/ at least $50 in gift certificates
*Food/beverages provided on the day of the event
*Parking validation (1 vehicle per model)
*Complimentary guest passes for day of the event
LOCATION:
Specifications will be agreed upon in regards to stage & backstage arrangements. We require that the agreed setup to be completed prior to our arrival on the day of the event (preferably the day before). Any changes needed thereafter will be negotiated and carried out to accommodate each situation.
*We will hold rehearsal prior to the day of the event- location must be secured for the date/time set for this rehearsal.
*If location is at a hotel (local or out-of-town), producers require at least the site's moderate-style suite be provided for overnight accommodations prior to event.
*Parking validation is required for all associates working behind-the-scenes at rehearsal, any meetings and on the day of.
